Physiology 1 (KPK / FYZ1)

Course objectives:
The course aims to get students acquainted with with basic actions ongoing on molecular and cellular level of organisms and their regulations – from the point of view of physiological chemistry. Students are introduced to basic principles of energy transformation and homeostatic regulation of organism.

Good knowledge of human biology as well as basic knowledge of organic chemistry and physics – secondary school level.
Competences acquired
Upon completion of the course student will know basics of physiology of human organism both at rest and during muscle activity.
