- Expression and purification of protein kinases, design of new inhibitors of human protein kinases, bioisosteric approach, inhibitors of cyclin-dependent kinases, therapeutic models of CDK inhibition, synthetic lethality, biochemical and cellular characterization of novel kinase inhibitors
